Finding local traders is useful, but accountability matters more

Meeting other traders can help motivation, but the real value is honest review. A good group should challenge sloppy entries, ask about risk, and compare process rather than just posting wins. If every discussion becomes prediction and hype, it probably adds noise. The best trader network is one that makes discipline easier.
